How to Sell Your Own Home:
The Practical Homeowner's Guide to Selling by Owner
ISBN 0-9653911-0-8
| William F. Supple, Jr., Ph D. is publisher
of Picket Fence Preview Magazine - a for-sale-by-owner
real estate magazine headquartered in Burlington, Vermont, with
franchised publications in several Northeastern states. Picket
Fence Preview was started with the idea that private homesellers
need an effective advertising vehicle to sell their properties
without using a real estate agent. Many homeowners mistakenly
believe that selling a home without a real estate agent is complicated
and difficult. The book is designed to explain and de-mystify
the process of selling a home. The author has helped thousands
of homeowners sell by owner and avoid, collectively, almost 100
million dollars in real estate commissions. Therefore, this book
is a resource that can help individual homeowners save large
amounts of money. The book is unique because the research came from actual homesellers describing the techniques and practices that worked in their situation. The author compiled and analyzed the information from the homesellers and generated the book. |
